WITHIN YOUR TEAM:
The successful candidate will report directly into the Talent Acquisition Lead, PID India.
You will be responsible for Technology Hiring, TA initiatives and process improvements
WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:
• Responsible for technology searches for Esko
• Execute full life cycle searches to include – developing the search strategy, responding to applicants, sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing candidates; develop and present recommendations on qualified candidates to our hiring managers.
• Advise hiring managers on search strategy including market/talent realities & consult on addressable talent market.
• Assess talent and discern truly exceptional talent from strong talent; maintain high bar for top caliber talent.
• Manage Workday, applicants and sourcing as needed. Leverage social media channels to develop relationships with external candidates and talent pools.
• Develop proactive pipeline of a strong and diverse network of potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners throughout the search.
• Problem solve effectively through any challenges encountered during the search. Be tenacious through to completion, adapting strategies/tactics as needed.
• Communicate internally with stakeholders and partners with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy when dealing with both internal and external parties.
• Foster Esko’s employment brand and support active and passive recruiting strategies.

Your EDUCATION OR BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
+ Education – Engineering/ MBA degree.
+ Work Experience – 5 to 7 years of String recruiting experience; Fortune 500 company environment preferred
+ Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy and make use of consistent processes or methodologies that ensure consistent results
+ Experience with social media networking and employment branding initiatives
+ Ability to work independently to achieve targets
