Candidates must live within the western U.S. region in order to be considered.  The incumbent in this position is responsible for increasing sales through direct leadership of Territory Sales Managers. Ensures employees in the assigned region are trained and prepared to maximize business potential.  Provides leadership through direction, motivation, coaching, skill development, product knowledge, industry knowledge, competitive knowledge, and company knowledge.  The VP of Sales will foster an environment that leads to the achievement of objectives.  Develops customer relationships to successfully drive the company’s business objectives.  Assist direct reports in development and career advancement.
