About the Role: We are seeking a visionary AI Architect to join our organization. In this role, you will shape the future of our software systems by architecting cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation and excellence.

What You’ll Do:

+ AI Solution Design

+ Architect and design state-of-the-art AI solutions for Capital software systems

+ Create scalable and efficient AI architectures that align with business objectives

+ Ensure AI solutions meet quality, performance, and security standards

+ Technology Leadership

+ Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks

+ Make strategic recommendations for AI tools and libraries

+ Define technical standards and best practices for AI implementation

+ Cross-functional Collaboration

+ Work closely with AI team members and Capital Developers

+ Partner with stakeholders to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities

+ Bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs

+ Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship

+ Lead knowledge transfer sessions on AI topics

+ Mentor team members on AI best practices

+ Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation

What We’re Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

+ Computer Science

+ Electrical Engineering

+ Artificial Intelligence

+ Or related technical field

+ Minimum 1 year of hands-on AI experience

+ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

+ Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
