The Regional Manager is responsible for driving commercial activities, preparing long and short-term business plans, and managing channel partners (CPs) in promoting the HemoCue product portfolio.
This position reports to the Director, APAC Sales, is located in Thailand and will be working remotely to cover Southeast Asia, Thailand, and Philippines.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Prepare and complete business, customer and channel partner plans as needed.
+ Identify existing business potential and new business opportunities within the designated region.
+ Identify and utilize available resources to achieve regional, market, product, and account specific objectives.
+ Build and manage the opportunity funnel and document in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
+ Attend/conduct seminars, training, trade conferences, etc.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years related healthcare sales experience.
+ Proven ability to understand and analyze the market/competitive environment to develop strategies that capitalize on growth opportunities.
+ Experience successfully identifying and onboarding channel partners in addition to effectively managing existing channel partners.
+ Fluency in English.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel up to 50% of time, both domestic and international.
+ Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Previous experience in diagnostics supporting a territory that includes Southeast Asia.
