**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical intern to support strategic initiatives across pricing intelligence, sustainability, healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, and marketing communications within Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ). You will help build a comprehensive competitive pricing repository for diagnostic assays and contribute to projects that enhance our sustainability communications and engagement with key external stakeholders. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in cross-functional healthcare marketing and regional strategy execution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Market Research & Competitive Pricing Intelligence**
• Conduct research to gather competitor pricing data, reimbursement trends, and healthcare system insights across APJ markets.
• Leverage public databases, market reports, and internal sources to build pricing benchmarks.
• Support the standardization of pricing data into a centralized repository and provide analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
**2. Sustainability Communications & Stakeholder Engagement**
• Assist in gathering best practices and success stories related to our sustainability efforts across the region.
• Support the development of sustainability content (presentations, newsletters, posters, etc.) for both internal and external audiences.
• Help coordinate regional activities or campaigns that highlight our contributions to environmental, social, and workforce sustainability goals.
**3. HCP Engagement & External Communications**
• Assist in the planning and coordination of regional HCP engagement initiatives such as events, webinars, or congress participation.
• Support the creation of key messaging, content, and collateral tailored to HCP audiences across different channels.
• Help track HCP engagement metrics and gather feedback to optimize future activities.
**4. General Marketing Communications Support**
• Collaborate with the broader MarCom team to support campaign execution, social media content planning, and internal communications.
• Help consolidate marketing materials and support the regional asset repository with updates from global/local campaigns.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and special projects.
**Requirements**
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Public Health, Environmental Studies, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with teams across multiple cultures and markets.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Passion or interest in healthcare, sustainability, pricing, or strategic communications is highly valued.
