This position is part of the Global Product Technical Support (GPTS) department located in Munich and will be on-site, with a workload of 10–20 hours per week.Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain analytics tools and data. You will work closely with the GPTS team on the development of customer-specific tube databases and collaborate with the Global Service Organization on tools used by various stakeholders.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Support data analytics initiatives by extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from ServiceMax and Oracle systems to generate actionable insights.

+ Collaborate with Technical support team to identify data-driven opportunities for process improvement initiatives

+ Assist the GPTS team in maintaining tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, and customer-specific tube databases (including creation and troubleshooting tasks).

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Currently enrolled as a full-time student in Data Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field

+ Experience in using data analytic tools such as Excel, Power BI and AI-powered platforms like Microsoft Copilot or other generative AI tools.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.

+ Good written and verbal communication skills in English
