The **Fire National Operations Manager Partner Support** person works closely with the Territory Managers to onboard new Partners, provide technical assistance in coordination with Tech Support and identify training needs for the Partner’s staff. They ensure Partner satisfaction to help increase Siemens product sales and provide Partner support for fire alarm, detection, notification and suppression systems.

**As a** **Fire National Operations Manager Partner Support, you will:**

+ Work closely with Territory Managers to Onboard new Partners

+ Support expansion of new offerings to the Partners, to include operational requirements, workflow and training

+ Identify training gaps with the Partner’s staff and communicates training requirements to the Partner and to the Siemens training department

+ Provide remote technical support for Siemens products after the Partner has contacted Tech Support and received an SR#

+ Review pre-sales takeoffs and develop detailed Bill of Material (BOM) lists to ensure project specifications are accurate.

+ Thoroughly review engineered plans for accuracy and identify potential issues before implementation.

+ Provide on-site support when requested, addressing and resolving on-the-ground technical challenges.

+ Assist in advanced-level troubleshooting, resolving complex technical problems as they arise.

+ Track support requests, documenting associated hours and costs to ensure accurate records and effective resource allocation.

+ Provide factual evidence to support labor and product relief claims, ensuring proper documentation for verification and processing.

+ Offer phone and online support to clients and partners as needed, ensuring timely and effective assistance.

+ Help close training gaps between educational courses and real-world applications, ensuring users have the knowledge required to successfully operate systems and products.

+ Provide end-user support when requested by partners, delivering high-quality assistance and service.

+ Conduct webinars to educate clients and partners, providing valuable insights and product knowledge.

+ Maintain technical knowledge on products and tools through continuing education initiatives

+ Provide the SME support for the fire suppression and special hazard fire protection systems.

+ This role requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**You’ll make an impact with these qualifications:**

Basic Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of field experience installing or servicing Siemens fire and life safety systems

+ 5+ years of field experience in the design, service and installation of clean agent and inert fire suppression systems.

+ Must be able to demonstrate:

+ Organizational and interpersonal skills

+ Solid understanding of the Fire Life Safety Industry

+ Ability to interpret industry trends and translate trends into future activities.

+ Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills; ability to be assertive in acquiring the necessary information to aid internal and external clients

+ Knowledge of benchmarks and KPIs related to fire and life safety systems

+ Ability to work independently

+ NICET Level II or higher in Fire Alarm Systems

+ NICET Level II or higher in Fire Suppression Systems

+ Organizational and interpersonal skills

+ Verbal and written communication skills in English

+ Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

+ Experience with business software systems (e.g., SAP)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, computer science, or related field

+ 10+ years of relevant Siemens’ Fire Safety Solutions experience

+ Electronic Safety Assoc. (ESA) Certification or equivalent

+ International Code Council (ICC) Certification or equivalent

+ Understands and can interpret the NFPA and other required codes

+ Proficient in fire suppression design and flow calculation tools
