**Transform the everyday with us**
**We are looking for a Fabrication Supervisor, which must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site.**
**You’ll make a difference by:**
+ Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meeting production goals (KPIs).
+ Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
+ Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources.
+ Ensuring production plans are completed on time; communicating with other manufacturing departments with transparency to work status.
+ Coordinating workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
+ Submit reports on performance and progress; identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
+ Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
+ Experience maintaining a safe working environment.
+ Ability to supervise and motivate production teams.
+ Ability to provide coaching/mentoring when appropriate.
+ Experience with KPIs.
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environment.
