The Operator/Setter for Cytiva is responsible for set up and operation of automatic machines in production.

This position is part of the Medical Value Stream located in Cardiff and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

+ Set up and adjust machines according to specifications and work instructions.

+ Operate equipment to produce products in line with company standards and procedures.

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Who you are:

+ Experience in pharmaceutical, food industry, engineering, or production environments.

+ Ability to interpret engineering drawings.

+ Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Working in a highly regulated area, within a QMS.
