The Siemens DI Sales organization ideally focuses on providing solutions tailored to the specific needs of companies operating across a multitude of discrete, process, and hybrid industries. The Xcelerator Deployment organization plays a crucial role in understanding needs of forward-thinking customers, positioning Siemens as a technology leader to drive digital transformation today and tomorrow for and with our customers, aligning the value of innovative and evolving Siemens solutions with customer pain points, and deploying a combination of existing, evolving and exploring product portfolio elements (HW, SW, Services) as functional solutions at customer sites, continuously learning and constantly improving.

**We are looking for Commercial Strategist. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental, United States.**

**You’ll** ** make an impact by:**

+ Shaping commercially viable, scalable solutions that address industrial pain points and drive adoption across the automation pyramid

+ Leading strategic enablement of differentiating use cases, translating validated systems into business-ready offerings

+ Defining business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans aligned with customer needs and deployment realities

+ Conducting market and business analytics to evaluate solution fit and scalability from pilot to replication

+ Collaborating across functions to ensure commercial readiness at each IVR stage and reflect customer-centricity in lifecycle management

+ Structuring licensing models and financial frameworks that support industrial deployment scenarios

+ Supporting partner enablement and internal alignment through clear documentation and communication

+ Tracking adoption metrics, business impact, and customer feedback to refine offerings and maximize value

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, or a related field

+ 8+ years of experience in industrial business analysis, product strategy, or commercial enablement

+ Proven experience in evaluating business cases for industrial solutions, including ROI modeling and market sizing

+ Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and scalability challenges across diverse industries

+ Familiarity with Siemens automation platforms and industrial solution stacks

+ Experience working across the automation pyramid: control systems, MES, ERP, and cloud platforms

+ Experience with the digital manufacturing maturity model and customer assessment

+ Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial offerings with aligned pricing, licensing, and legal structures

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

+ Proficiency in tools for data analysis, business modeling, and visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

+ Must currently reside in the continental USA. Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States and will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the U.S.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Master’s degree in business, strategy, or industrial systems

+ Experience in go-to-market strategy for industrial software or automation solutions

+ Exposure to customer co-innovation, pilot programs, and lifecycle management frameworks

+ Familiarity with agile product development and lean startup methodologies

+ Experience with CRM, PLM, and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Teamcenter, SAP)

+ Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in industrial solution deployment
