**This could be your everyday**
Join the **Digital Transformation & PLM Enablement** team and help design innovative onboarding experiences for Amgen’s **Digital Thread platform (3DEXPERIENCE PLM by Dassault Systèmes)** .
You’ll work closely with **Business Process and UX specialists** to create **LLM-based toolkits (ChatGPT/CoPilot)** that make onboarding and training adaptive, data-driven, and engaging.
Your work will directly support Amgen’s goal of improving **PLM user readiness and adoption** , enabling faster and more successful digital transformation across the organization.
**Key Deliverables**
+ Research and design conversational assistants for digital learning.
+ Map PLM onboarding workflows and identify automation opportunities.
+ Develop and test conversational flows, prompts, and user interactions.
+ Evaluate ChatGPT-driven responses using usability metrics.
+ Document prototypes in **Confluence** and visualize logic in **Miro** .
+ Present findings and recommendations in a final showcase session.

**What we expect of you** We’re looking for curious, creative students passionate about **UX and AI** who want to apply their skills to global-scale digital transformation.
**Profile:**
+ Enrolled in **UX, HCI, Cognitive Science, Information Systems** , or similar field.
+ Strong research and English writing skills; interest in AI and user experience.
+ Familiarity with **Miro, Confluence, Jira** is a plus.
+ Comfortable exploring AI tools and learning through experimentation.
