**Account Manager — Hematology and Oncology, Western Finland**

In this field-based role, you will engage with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient care by representing Amgen’s innovative medicines. You will be responsible for driving appropriate product adoption, managing your territory holistically, and building long-term, trust-based relationships with clinics and hospitals across Western Finland.
You will deliver high-quality disease education and insight-driven engagement, working closely with multidisciplinary teams as a trusted partner in patient care. The role requires effective use of digital tools, including CRM system, digital platforms, MS Office, and emerging AI-enabled solutions, to support customer engagement and data-driven decision-making. All activities are conducted in full compliance with Amgen’s policies, business conduct standards, and applicable regulations.
Other responsibilities will include:
+ Drive the performance of Amgen’s Hematology and Oncology portfolio in Western Finland, consistently exceeding territory targets.
+ Develop and execute territory plan of action and key account plans; ensure high quality of CRM discipline.
+ Deliver clear, impactful, and compliant product messages to healthcare professionals.
+ Build and maintain long term partnerships with clinicians, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
+ Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and proactively anticipate competitive activities.
+ Lead territory routines, share expertise, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
+ Understand hospital and clinic operations and contribute to designing multichannel customer journeys.

Required experience and skills:
+ 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR relevant experience in a comparable healthcare environment.
+ Experience working in a hospital environment.
+ Communicates clearly and professionally, builds trust with customers, and delivers impactful, compliant messages.
+ Understands key data and insights, plans customer interactions thoughtfully, and prioritizes effectively.
+ Strong digital skills, including CRM system, digital platforms, emerging AI-enabled solutions, and MS Office
+ Takes responsibility for own performance, works proactively toward targets, and follows through on commitments.
+ Manages time and workload efficiently, adapts to change, and consistently operates in line with compliance and business conduct standards.
+ Works effectively with colleagues and customers, contributing positively to team success.
+ Fluent in Finnish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Conducts all business in line with compliance and business conduct standards.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in life sciences, biomedical sciences, business economics, or related fields.
+ Experience in project management.
+ Knowledge of oncology and hematology.
