**What you will do**

In this role, you will be an experienced individual contributor within the R&D Business Analysis Team, supporting business decision-making through financial, operational, and analytical insights. You will work across a range of R&D and enterprise initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to analyze data, develop insights, and support planning and execution.

**Job Responsibilities**

– Perform financial, operational, and business analyses to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making

– Develop and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards

– Support development of business cases, scenarios, and performance tracking

– Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights clearly

– Collaborate with cross-functional partners across R&D and enterprise functions

– Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives

– Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data and analyses

**What we expect of you**

The Senior Associate is a strong analytical contributor who applies sound judgment, structured problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver high-quality insights that support business decisions.

**Basic Qualifications**

– Master’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience OR

– Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience OR

– Diploma and 7–9 years of relevant experience

– Proficiency in Excel-based financial and analytical modeling

– Experience working with data, analytics, and reporting tools

– Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments

**Preferred Qualifications**

– Experience in budgeting, forecasting, or business planning

– Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics tools

– Exposure to R&D or regulated environments

– Experience with data visualization tools
