**Commercial Analytics Manager**

**What you will do and what we expect of you**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:

**Duties:** Work in a matrix, team of teams environment as part of a brand POD (analytics matrix team for a specific brand) to provide regular updates and formulate insights regarding patient funnel and access related business questions; Utilize various data sources including claims, sales, internal patient HUB and site of care data to Perform ad hoc or deep dive analysis as part of the analytics brand POD; Respond to business questions and determine the optimal approach to answer them through data, analytics, and market research; Develop plan of action reports, dashboards, data quality, and needed analysis; Report and analysis the statistics of Patient Access Journey for the Rare Disease Business Unit around key metrics such as adherence, enrollments, initiations, time-to-fill, treatment status, and engagement; Ensure Patient Services/Market Access has all data needed to manage day-to-day activities via real-time reporting and other reports and that all reporting has gone through the QC process to reinforce accuracy and communication clarity prior to being presented to our customer; Partner with cross functional analytics teams to share key insights by sharing the “story” behind the data, present findings to leadership and highlight actionable strategies; Provide clear view into patient journey highlighting success and areas of opportunity; and Collaborate with other analytics functions on deeper payor and site of care analytics related to supported brand. May telecommute.

**Requirements:** Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Applied Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field & 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an analytics related occupation. Position requires 3 years of experience in the following:

1. Data management and data platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Databricks, or Amazon Redshift;

2. Statistical modeling packages such as Python, SAS, or R;

3. Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau;

4. Use and interpretation of pharmaceutical data including internal patient HUB, Site of Care data, Rx, physician and claims level data sets;

5. Ability to set-up segmentation, clustering or multi-variate regression analysis;

6. Pharmaceutical data sources and their application to support business decisions; and Patient Journey Analytics.

Job type: Full Time position. The annual salary range for this position in the U.S. is $130,737.00 – $162,305.00 per year. Also, this position offers stock, retirement, medical, life and disability insurance and eligibility for an annual bonus or for sales roles, other incentive compensation. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
