The Account Manager, South Moravia is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of assigned customers, driving regional commercial success, and strengthening strategic long‑term customer partnerships.
This position reports to the Sales Manager and is part of the Commercial / Sales Organization, working remotely to cover South Moravia.Ideal candidate location: South Moravia. Travel to other regions of the Czech Republic should also be expected.

You will be a part of the Sales Team and report to the Sales Manager, responsible for managing opportunities, projects, installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter products in Czechia. If you thrive in a fast-paced role and want to work to build a world-class organization—read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Manage and develop a portfolio of assigned customers within South Moravia and additional regions as needed
+ Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key clients
+ Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the assigned territory
+ Proactively identify customer needs and propose appropriate business solutions
+ Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
+ Prepare commercial offers, pricing proposals and contractual documentation
+ Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives
+ Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and customer behavior
+ Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Application Support, Service, Customer Support)
+ Maintain accurate CRM records and manage customer requests, escalations and complaints
+ Provide regular reporting and sales forecasts to management
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Clinical Chemistry, Biomedicine, Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology
+ Multiple years of experience in customer-facing commercial roles within clinical diagnostics or laboratory environments
+ A self-motivated individual who has an enthusiastic approach to customer service and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Very good command of spoken and written English
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel extensively (approx. 85%) across South Moravia and the Czech Republic
+ Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ laboratory automation is an advantage
+ strong analytical or strategic thinking
