The APAC OTR (Order to Remittance) Fulfillment Leader for Cytiva is responsible for leading revenue flight path (order fulfillment) management and customer backlog management across the APAC region for responsible Operating Company Business Unit, driving significant impact on core revenue growth. Your role will ensure that revenue goals are met through efficient customer backlog execution, timely customer order fulfillment, and proactive management of supply and demand priorities. This position is part of the APAC Fulfillment Department, with a team spread across Australia India, India, Japan, Korea and Singapore.

The position is based in either Singapore or Korea and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Lead and manage revenue flight path and customer backlog execution for responsible Operating Company Business Unit according to standard work for the assigned Operating Company Business Unit, ensuring monthly revenue targets are achieved and sales forecast accuracy deviations are minimized to support accurate sales forecasting and revenue growth.

+ Collaborate with global and region’s Supply Chain, Operating Company Business Units (Modality), and Sales teams including senior leadership across to provide insight into supply risks, opportunities, and revenue flight path visibility, ensuring that core growth targets are met.

+ Act as a key point of support for managing supply constraints, delivery escalations, and bottleneck management (allocation) related to customer order fulfillment and revenue flight management, working cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Drive continuous process improvement initiatives focused on optimizing revenue flight path process, and customer backlog management processes and On Time Delivery.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, revenue flight path management, supply chain, or fulfillment roles within a complex multinational organization.

+ Proven track record in revenue flight path management and customer backlog management, with a strong understanding of how these processes drive core business growth.

+ Knowledge of order-to-cash and supply planning processes and how they affect order fulfillment.

+ Proficiency in working across functional teams, including Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance, to resolve challenges as to achieve company revenue goals.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Working in life sciences or biotechnology industries, with a focus on managing revenue growth through effective revenue execution/ flight path management and backorder management.

+ Experience with Oracle and BI tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI, with the ability to not only use these tools but also think critically about processes and analyze and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
