The Sales Enablement Manager – Advanced Staining (Indirect Markets Europe) is a role within the North European Indirect Sales organization. The position reports directly to the Senior Commercial Manager Indirect Markets and is a remote position based either in Sweden or Denmark.

This role is responsible for accelerating growth, adoption, and execution quality of the Advanced Staining portfolio across all European indirect markets & CIS countries. The position works closely with Regional Sales Managers and distributor partners to translate strategy into field execution, support complex commercial initiatives, and drive capability building within partner organizations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Drive execution of the Advanced Staining strategy across indirect markets in close alignment with Regional Sales Managers and regional priorities.

+ Act as a commercial enabler and sparring partner to distributors, supporting prioritization, opportunity development, and execution of strategic deals and projects.

+ Lead and support strategic initiatives in selected markets, including portfolio conversions, reagent agreements, reference site development, and complex customer engagements.

+ Strengthen distributor commercial capabilities, go-to-market execution, funnel quality, and forecast accuracy for Advanced Staining.

+ Support budgeting, multi-year planning, and act as the interface between indirect markets, SU NEE, and BU by providing structured market and competitive feedback.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

+ Strong commercial and technical experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences, preferably within indirect sales models, with a deep understanding of Immunohistochemistry, including market dynamics and underlying technology.

+ Proven commercial acumen, including pricing, margins, forecasting, and tender-driven business.

+ Ability to influence and operate effectively in a matrix organization without direct authority.

+ Fluency in English is required as well as ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role. Proficiency in Danish or Swedish is valued.

+ Proven experience in managing and developing business through indirect sales channels, including distributor and partner networks.

Travel, & physical / environmental requirements:

+ Ability to travel frequently across European & CIS indirect markets, including overnight travel if needed (approximately 50%-60%).

+ Valid work permit.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Advanced Staining, histopathology, or laboratory diagnostics.

+ Supporting strategic projects across multiple countries or regions.

+ Working closely with commercial leadership in indirect or distributor-led environments.
