**Finance Data Analyst ( Fixed Term 1 year – Bogotá)**
**What you will do**
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will:
+ Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts in coordination with Commercial, Marketing, and Market Access teams (Budget, Forecast & LRS).
+ Evaluate monthly sales execution and expense plans Vs Reported Scenarios, anticipating market situations that may impact performance.
+ Report on sales budgets and corresponding adjustments in the company’s financial system.
+ Control OPEX processes in the required company systems.
+ Contributes to the implementation of standard methodologies related to assigned processes.
+ Facilitate decision-making through the development of dashboards that organize data and simplify analysis.
+ Development and improvements of dashboards to simplify processes.
+ Simplify and standardize process.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company, technology, financial industry Or
+ Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company, technology, financial industry Or
+ High school diploma / GED and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company technology, financial industry.
+ Intermediate/sophisticated in English, both in oral and written communication.
+ Tableau business intelligence, Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, Macros development.
+ Solid understanding tableau report design.
+ Experience in data analysis, process improvement.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 0–3 years of relevant data analysis experience.
+ Experience in data analysis, process improvement.
+ Intermediate/sophisticated level of English.
+ Power automates and job creations it´s a plus.
