Description
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Serve as a member of Korea’s Compliance Team in in ensuring the ‘7 elements’ of an effective compliance program have been operationalized and operating effectively.
+ Provide advice, guidance, and support to staff and stakeholders on Amgen’s Healthcare Compliance procedures, local Code of Conduct, and relevant legislation.
+ Maintain awareness of applicable laws and regulations in the country and stay current with changes affecting Amgen’s Compliance program.
+ Assist in the implementation of Corporate Compliance programs and develop local compliance procedures and training in collaboration with the affiliate’s Compliance Lead.
+ Develop training programs and materials for the local Code and Amgen procedures, deliver local Healthcare Compliance training, and track training completion.
+ Coordinate and manage meetings with the local Compliance committee, including taking minutes, tracking attendance, and following up on actions.
+ Actively support Compliance audit preparation, including preparing required documentation and follow up actions.
+ Design and implement local Healthcare Compliance monitoring activities on a regular basis.
+ Maintain the local Compliance SharePoint site, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible for relevant stakeholders.
+ Manage C3 related topics at the JAPAC level and maintain the local C3 Super User groups.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ At least 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
+ Bi-lingual in English, preferred
+ Must possess integrity, strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and maturity.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver a high level of responsiveness to various stakeholders.
+ Working with cross-functional teams including cross border (Asia–Pacific preferred)
