The Pay Per Click Specialist is responsible for scaling PPC programs designed to drive demand generation, enhance pipeline contribution, and facilitate robust product marketing activation through ongoing and campaign-driven paid media efforts.

This is part of the Central Marketing Team located in Pune or Mumbai, India and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Execute PPC campaigns end-to-end across search platforms (build, launch, QA, pacing, optimization) aligned to demand gen goals (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, ROAS/CAC targets). Ensuring to Run structured testing (A/B ad variations, landing page hypotheses, audience/keyword tests) and document learnings to improve efficiency and conversion over time

+ Optimize performance through ongoing keyword/query mining, match-type strategy, ad copy iteration, landing page alignment recommendations, bid/budget adjustments, and audience refinement. While driving continuous improvement principles to streamline workflows, reduce rework, and strengthen campaign governance and compliance.

+ Support campaign expansion by operationalizing repeatable PPC playbooks and standards that enable broader product marketing activation and new program launches.

+ Partner cross-functionally with demand gen, product marketing, web/SEO, and marketing ops to align messaging, offers, audience strategy, and conversion paths. And Gain experience with other 3rd party advertising as you learn this role, we will also be training you on other 3rd party advertising opportunities.

+ Own measurement hygiene: ensure tracking and tagging are correct (UTMs, conversion actions), monitor data quality, and coordinate fixes with web/analytics partners

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field)

+ 3 to 5 years of equivalent practical experience.

+ Experience in PPC / paid search campaign execution in a B2B environment. Particularly Google & LinkedIn

+ Demonstrated ability to manage campaign fundamentals: keyword strategy, ad creation, bidding/budget pacing, optimization, and performance reporting.

+ Proficiency with common productivity tools (Microsoft 365) and comfort working in a global, cross-functional environment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

+ Ability to travel – list specifics 5% travel, overnight, globally for team meetings

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Additional paid channels beyond search (e.g., LinkedIn, programmatic, retargeting) and multi-channel demand gen support.

+ Marketing automation and CRM collaboration (campaign/source alignment, lead flow understanding).

+ Creating performance dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and delivering executive-ready insights.

The annual salary range for this role is $15,000 – $20,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
