Product Manager, Immunoassay is responsible for achievement of sales targets and drives continuous growth by establishing and executing strong marketing strategies for the India IA product business.

This position reports to the Head of Marketing, India and is part of the India Marketing team located in India and will be an on-site role. You will drive the growth of the IA product portfolio by working closely with sales associates and clients in India.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Marketing Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies for Immunoassay products, manage sales budgets, monitor performance against forecasts, and identify new business opportunities to drive overall growth and market share.

+ Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Coordinate market research, gather competitor data, analyze competitive activities, and create tools to counter them, ensuring maximum capture of market intelligence.

+ Product Management & Forecasting: Contribute to product improvement, develop and monitor product strategies, analyze sales data, and create long-term, quarterly, and monthly product forecasts.

+ Scientific Marketing & Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide scientific marketing support through CME’s, hospital programs, and publications, while collaborating with internal teams (sales, L&D, service) and regional marketing to align strategies and resolve key issues.

+ Training & Relationship Management: Conduct product training for both internal associates and external clients, and cultivate strong business relationships with customers and key experts.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Education – Degree or equivalent in Med Tech, healthcare, biotech or Science-related subject.

+ Experience: Preferred 10 years experience in IVD industry with at least 5 years’ technical and marketing experience in Immunoassay (product management, sales, application). Tech support or applications experience is a definite asset.

+ Required Skill – Well versed with Immunoassay market dynamics with established track record of initializing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Ability to engage and influence team members, cross-functional peers, customers and dealers. Possess strong language proficiency in English

+ Preferred Skills – Demonstrate top tier communication skills; strong interpersonal and customer handling skills and provide guidance or coaching within the team, customers and across functional groups.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

+ This position will be required to have domestic India travel 40% of the time.

+ Language: English.
