The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving the goals of Leica’s Life Science Division and driving market expansion and growth.

This position reports to the LSR Division manager and is part of the LMS Korea located in Seoul and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Achieve assigned order/sales targets and strategic objectives.

+ Provide monthly and weekly order/sales forecasts.

+ Drive direct sales for key accounts and coordinate distributor sell-through to end-users.

+ Lead solution development and manage Life Science Research funnels while coaching distributors.

+ Develop new qualifying distributors, maintain strong key account relationships, and ensure compliance.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biology, biophysics, or a related field.

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or channel management within Life Science Research or biotech markets.

+ Experience with microscopy or Life Science Research instrumentation, plus knowledge of biological imaging applications and workflows.

+ Systems proficiency: SFDC (CRM), Windows, MS Office, and external device connectivity; ability to troubleshoot imaging hardware/software.

+ Language: Fluent Korean and Business-level English.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

+ Ability to travel up to 50% of total working time.

+ Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in life sciences or related field.

+ Experience in customer-facing technical/field support.

+ Experience maintaining or troubleshooting advanced microscopy/imaging systems.
