**We are looking for a Production Admin – 2nd shift to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site.**

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Experience as an Electromechanical and/or Wiring Assembler

+ Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language

+ Have intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office – Access and Excel)

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ SAP experience

**You’ll make an impact by:**

+ Review the production schedule to figure out the order in which packets need to be crafted.

+ Navigates through manufacturing systems (e.g. SAP, Electronica) and prints pertinent mechanical and wiring documents (e.g. Bill of Materials, General Information, Physical Arrangement, Wiring Lists, Base Layout, etc.) needed in the production process.

+ Receives and enters NCRs from Portal while reviewing and researching validity of NCRs (i.e. duplicates) and approves/rejects as needed.

+ Notifies Working Foreman, Supervisors, and/or the Engineering department of any discrepancies found on pertinent documents to be accurate.

+ Assists the department with different administrative functions (e.g. ordering of parts/materials, confirmations in SAP, etc.).

+ Performs other work as advised by Supervision.
