**Job Title: Web Application Architect (9+ Years Experience)**
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Web Application Architect** with **9+ years of experience** in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade web applications.
This role requires a strong technical leader who can think beyond implementation — someone who can design end-to-end solutions, define architectural standards, guide engineering teams, and align technology decisions with long-term business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience across frontend and backend ecosystems and the ability to operate with a **solution architect mindset** .
**Key Responsibilities**
**?️ Architecture & Solution Design**
+ Define and own the **overall architecture** of web applications across multiple platforms.
+ Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend and backend systems.
+ Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution blueprints.
+ Make strategic decisions on frameworks, runtimes, and design patterns(e.g., React-based ecosystems, Node.js/Python-based backend architectures, or equivalents).
+ Define API design standards and integration strategies.
**? Full Stack Technical Leadership**
+ Architect modern frontend solutions using component-driven frameworks(e.g., React or similar).
+ Define scalable state management and UI architecture patterns(e.g., Redux, modular architecture, micro-frontends, etc.).
+ Architect backend services using modern runtimes and frameworks(e.g., Node.js, Python, Express, Koa, FastAPI, or equivalents).
+ Establish best practices for RESTful API design, versioning, and security.
+ Guide decisions on monolithic vs microservices approaches where applicable.
**? Non-Functional & Enterprise Concerns**
+ Design for **scalability, performance, reliability, and security** .
+ Ensure alignment with authentication/authorization standards(e.g., OAuth, JWT, SSO, etc.).
+ Define logging, monitoring, and observability strategies.
+ Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD strategy.
+ Ensure solutions align with enterprise governance and compliance requirements.
**? Technical Leadership & Governance**
+ Mentor and guide full stack engineers.
+ Conduct architectural reviews and code reviews.
+ Establish development standards, documentation practices, and design guidelines.
+ Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams.
+ Drive technical roadmap planning and long-term platform evolution.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
+ **9+ years** of experience in full stack web application development.
+ Proven experience in designing and delivering **enterprise-scale web architectures** .
+ Strong expertise in modern frontend ecosystems(e.g., React or similar frameworks).
+ Strong backend architecture experience using modern runtimes and languages(e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar).
+ Experience with backend frameworks(e.g., Express.js, Koa.js, FastAPI, or equivalents).
+ Deep understanding of system design principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
+ Strong knowledge of REST, HTTP, security, and performance optimization.
+ Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
**Nice to Have**
+ Experience designing distributed systems or microservices architectures.
+ Cloud architecture experience(e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalents).
+ Experience in enterprise portals, analytics platforms, or admin systems.
+ Familiarity with containerization and orchestration concepts.
+ Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
