Are you passionate about project management and driving operational excellence through a global, large scale manufacturing company ? The Grand Prairie Breaker plant is seeking a **high-performing Project Manager** to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring alignment with global standards and driving efficiency. This position will act as a central hub for projects involving new product introduction, facility expansions or process improvements, typically working with international teams.
**You will make an impact by:**
+ **Project Planning & Strategy:** Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables. This includes creating business cases, outlining resource requirements, and setting timelines that align with global manufacturing strategies.
+ **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Lead cross-functional teams comprising Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure all aspects of the project are met.
+ **Risk Mitigation** : Proactively identify project risks, analyze their impact, and develop mitigation plans to avoid disruptions in production.
+ **Financial Control & Budgeting** : Manage project expenditures, including capital budgeting, invoice tracking, and forecasting, to deliver projects within budget.
+ **Operational Integration:** Work with the manufacturing engineering team to ensure seamless handover of new equipment or processes to operations, minimizing downtime and maintaining high-quality standards.
+ **Global Stakeholder Management:** Communicate project status, risks, and performance metrics to senior leadership and international stakeholders.
+ **Compliance & Safety:** Ensure all projects comply with local and international regulations, such as ISO standards, as well as company-specific safety guidelines.
+ **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain detailed documentation, including meeting minutes, project trackers, and change orders.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
+ Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience, in a large-scale manufacturing or industrial environment.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and organizational levels.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other training tools.
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and ERP systems —SAP experience a plus
+ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Stage-Gate process).
+ Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
+ Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to influence cross-functional teams, including effective collaboration with global teams across regions and cultures.
+ International Competence: Experience working with remote teams across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
