**We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor for 2nd shift. This position will be based at our new facility in Fort Worth, TX. This opportunity is essential towards maintaining quality of high custom and sophisticated products for Electrical Products while supervising 10-20 team members.**
**You’ll make an impact by:**
+ Leading the In Process Quality Control Team; assigning tasks, providing mentorship, training, and ensuring that work is completed efficiently, on time, and performed in compliance with safety protocols, company policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Testing and inspecting Low Voltage Switchgear and Switchboards to applicable standards (i.e. UL1558, UL891, IEEE, etc)
+ Use multi meter and electrical theory to verify power readings and circuit design to ensure proper wiring and operation.
+ Use Hipot, test card, hand tools, specialized software (i.e. Siemens WinPM, Step 7, MicroWin, WinCC Flexible, SAP, etc.) and various other tools to aid in testing and inspecting.
+ Perform inspection/audit of mechanical and electrical assemblies.
+ Maintain and input records or reports related to testing/inspecting activities.
**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing facility.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with High School diploma/GED.
+ Strong leadership and time management skills, understanding of management approaches for work direction, motivation, talent development and performance management.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years in capacity of engineering or quality functions for power distribution equipment.
+ 2+ years exposure to electrical components or knowledge of electrical components.
+ Knowledge of prevailing codes (UL1558, UL891, UL508).
+ Knowledge of power distribution components (breaker, relays, communication devices).
+ Associates degree or technical training in area of responsibility
