**Position** **Summary**
We are seeking a technically skilled and insight-driven Manager to join the BPCI team, focusing on data analytics, SAP/OTC performance metrics, and dashboarding. This role is responsible for delivering operational transparency and business intelligence through performance dashboards, metric development, and automation that support Amgen’s global OTC strategy.
The role will enable a culture of data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across regions by owning analytic capabilities and working collaboratively with internal partners to scale solutions. You will support performance tracking, analytics innovation, and continuous improvement efforts.
**Key** **Responsibilities**
+ Design, build, andmaintaininteractivePower BI dashboards andreportsthatmonitorcriticalOTC performancemetricsacrossorder management, returns,chargebacks,credits, and customercomplaints.
+ Translatebusinessneedsintoscalabledata solutionsusingSAP ERP,Salesforceandotherenterprisesystems.
+ Partnerwithglobal GCX, Supply Chain, and DTIteamstoensuredataaccuracy,standardization, andeffectivereportingfor key business processes.
+ Leaddevelopmentofnewmetricsandreportingframeworks tomeasureoperationaleffectiveness, customerexperience, and digitaladoptiontrends.
+ Provideanalyticssupport for strategicinitiativessuchasprocessautomation, systemintegration, andcontinuousimprovementprojects.
+ Drive insightsoncustomerbehaviorandpainpointsbyintegratingmultipledatasetsandcollaboratingwiththe Customer Journey, Service Delivery, and Productteams.
+ Establishgovernancearounddashboard design, datasources, andreportingstandards toensureconsistencyandalignmentwithenterpriseobjectives.
+ Delivertraining,documentation, and self-service tools toenhanceanalyticscapabilitiesacrossthe GCX team and businesspartners.
+ Identifyautomationopportunitiesandinfluencetechnologyenhancementsto improve data accessibility andreducemanualreportingeffort.
+ Provideproactiveanalysisandearly-warningindicatorsto supportoperationalriskmitigationand businesscontinuityplanning.
**Basic** **Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’sdegreein Business,Analytics, Computer Science,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
+ 8+yearsofexperienceinanalytics, data management,orbusinessintelligenceroleswithinpharma,biotech,orhealthcare.
+ ProvenexperiencewithSAP ERP,Salesforce, andanalyticsplatformslike Power BI and Tableau.
+ DemonstratedunderstandingofOTC processes andabilityto connect datawithbusinessoutcomes.
**Preferred** **Qualifications**
