**Position Location:** This role supports our Fairbanks, AK branch location, which serves customers throughout the greater Fairbanks, AK area.

Our **Project Administrators** are responsible for supporting the solutions operations team with the successful execution of projects, from project initiation through final closeout. You will work in a matrix style organization requiring excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. The Project Administrator role comes with ample opportunities for growth, reflective of Siemens mission to empower people with a growth mindset.

**As a Project Administrator** **, you will:**

+ Hold responsiblity for the execution portion of project work only.

+ Coordinates document/submittal creation, installation & start-up, customer commissioning, and turnover activities on assigned projects.

+ Analyze as-sold scope of work against project documents and plans. Escalate deviations between scope and contract specifications and codes.

+ Update and maintain customer site specific standard where applicable

+ Create project specific documentation including subcontracts, site specific safety plans, project schedules, Bim360 verification & reporting, compiling daily job logs, submitting and tracking of RFI’s.

+ Work with engineering team to coordinate deliverables.

+ Coordinate internal and external installation resources to meet project schedules.

+ Financial tracking of cost to complete estimates.

+ Estimate and propose change orders.

+ Assist with all project back-end administrative support.

+ Identify the percentage of completion for the preparation of progress billing; participate in the pursuit of timely payment from the customer.

+ Manage materials, including verifying BOM matches submittal, initiating orders from BOM, tracking arrival and turnover of material to contractors.

+ Ensure customer satisfaction.

_Basic Qualifications: _ _ _ _ _

+ High School Diploma or state-recognized GED

+ Experience in office administration, project coordination, project support, branch safety and other related tasks

+ Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems

+ Good verbal and written communication skills in English

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

_Preferred Qualifications: _ _ _ _ _

+ Construction industry experience

+ Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school; Bachelor’s degree preferred

The pay range for this position is $55,264 – $94,738 annually with a target incentive of 5% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
