**About theJob**
The Marketing
Finance Business Partner serves as a strategic co-pilot to Marketing
Leadership, combining financial expertise with a strong understanding of SaaS
marketing (demand generation, digital performance, product marketing, and
growth marketing).
In this role,
you will help ensure marketing investments translate into scalable pipeline,
revenue, and long-term customer value.
As part of the
Sales & Marketing Finance team within FP&A, you will partner closely
with Performance Controlling and Portfolio & Services Finance and report to
the Business Unit CFO. You will also work closely with senior Finance and
Marketing leaders.
**What YouWill Do**
+ Act as a Finance business partnerto the global CMO and North America leadership team, providing insight,financial guidance, and constructive challenge to support sustainablegrowth and profitability
+ Lead financial planning,forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for the North AmericaMarketing organization
+ Monitor marketing performancemetrics and partner with senior team members to evaluate and improvereturn on investment across programs and channels
**Marketing& Growth Analytics**
+ Analyze pipeline and demandgeneration economics, including pipeline generation, MQL/SQL conversion,revenue impact, cost per lead/opportunity, and pipeline efficiency
+ Evaluate channel investment andvalue optimization, including return on investment across paid media,SEO/organic, events, and campaigns
+ Assess funnel and growthperformance (awareness to retention), identifying conversion trends andopportunities for improvement
+ Analyze customer economics,including CAC, LTV/CAC ratio, payback period, and marketing-sourced ARR
**Strategic& Cross-Functional Support**
+ Provide financial input to supportgo-to-market strategies, including product launches and market expansion
+ Partner with Sales and Marketingleadership to develop and refine marketing opportunity models
+ Identify data trends and deliveractionable insights to support informed decision-making
+ Investigate performance trends andanomalies, identify root causes, and recommend next steps
**ProcessImprovement & Reporting**
· Lead
FP&A digital initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and AI
adoption (e.g., Product P&L, ARR bridge, churn prediction)
+ Collaborate with BusinessIntelligence teams to build and enhance automated reporting and dashboards
+ Support the development ofreal-time insights into marketing and sales performance metrics
+ Lead FP&A digital initiativesfocused on automation, standardization, and AI adoption
**What YouNeed**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or arelated field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
+ 3+ years of experience in financialanalytics, sales or marketing analytics, or consulting or advisoryexperience in a SaaS environment (or experience gained through a financetalent development program)
+ Experience building financialmodels, including analysis of customers, products, or sales performance
+ Advanced experience with digitaltools and automation (e.g., Power BI, KNIME, Alteryx, Snowflake);familiarity with Anaplan is a plus
+ Exposure to using AI to improvefinancial analysis, reporting, or operational efficiency
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel,PowerPoint, and Word
+ Familiarity with key sales andmarketing metrics (e.g., CAC, MQL/SQL, conversion rates, AOV, TCV, LTV)
+ Experience with CRM systems (e.g.,Salesforce) and related analytics tools (e.g., Clari) is a plus
+ Experience communicating complexfinancial information clearly to senior team members
