**Job Summary:**

As a **Specialist IS Architect** you are responsible for defining, governing, and evolving **information systems architecture** across the enterprise. This role ensures that application, data, integration, and platform architectures are **aligned with business strategy, security standards, and** **long** ‑ **term** **technology roadmaps** . The role acts as a trusted technical advisor, guiding solution design and driving consistency, scalability, and reliability across enterprise systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Define andmaintain **IS architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures**

+ Lead architecture design for complex,cross‑domaininitiatives and transformations

+ Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture

+ Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into architecture

+ Identifyarchitectural risks, gaps, andoptimizationopportunities

+ Contribute to technology roadmaps andtarget‑statearchitecture definitions

+ Support architecture governance, design reviews, and decision forums

**Required Skills & Experience**

+ 8-13 years of experience in **Information Systems / IT** , including architecture roles

+ Strong experience in configuring/developingand deploying with salesforce platform

+ Strong background in **enterprise, solution, and integration architecture**

+ Experience aligning technology solutions with business andplatformrequirements

+ WorkingKnowledgeand Experienceof application, data, integration, and platform architecture concepts

+ Stronganalytical,communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

+ Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s or master’sdegree in computer science, Information Systems,or field

+ Have working experience with designing and solutioning for Salesforceapplication, and use ofadditionaltechnologies likeAWS,databricks.

+ Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent)

+ Experienceparticipatingin or leading architecture review boards

+ Operates independently as a **recognized** **architecture specialist**

+ Influences technology direction without direct authority

+ Balances innovation, risk, cost, and operational stability

+ Provides mentorship and architectural guidance to delivery teams
