Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. During this program you will work within the Marketing Department and will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of pharma marketing, actively participating and supporting our marketers in several activities and receiving on-the-job training.
The main responsibilities will include:
+ Assisting in the definition and development of the communication plan and in the creation of related promotional materials for oncology portfolio brands, ensuring quality and consistency of content
+ Designing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital campaigns, newsletters, etc.)
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams in preparing meetings, slides and training sessions for the field force

+ University degree in scientific disciplines within the life sciences field (medicine, pharmacy, biology, biotechnology, etc.) and/or a master’s degree in management/marketing
+ Experience in similar roles or therapeutic area in the pharma industry will be considered a plus
+ Good project management and problem-solving skills, proactivity and attitude to team work
+ Fluency in English, both written and oral
+ Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Analytical skills, strategic thinking, creativity, interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
