+ **Cross-Functional Governance & Corrective Action (FRACAS)** Steer cross-functional accountability (collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Operations) to ensure corrective actions (FRACAS) are prioritized, resourced, and executed efficiently.

+ **Team Leadership & People Development** Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Project Reliability Managers, optimizing resource allocation and fostering a collaborative culture of technical excellence.

+ **Executive & Customer Stakeholder Relations** Represent the reliability organization in high-level alignments with senior customers and Siemens executive leadership, translating complex reliability trends into clear, actionable strategic insights.

+ **Data Governance & Analytical Standards** Govern fleet failure tracking standards and database integrity, guiding the team on advanced reliability methodologies (such as Weibull analysis) to ensure accurate failure categorization.

Purpose is the reason a company exists. It’s not about making money or selling products – it’s the deeper “why” behind everything we do. It answers the question: What problem are we solving? What positive change are we creating?

For Siemens, our purpose has been clear for over 175 years: **We create technology to transform the everyday, for everyone.**

The world needs technologies that work. Technologies that matter. Technologies that solve today’s challenges and help shape a better tomorrow. And that’s exactly what we build. By bringing together the real world (factories, buildings, power grids, trains) with the digital world (software, data, AI, digital twins), we help our customers become more competitive, resilient, and sustainable.

**Our technology is everywhere** – in **trains and transportation,** we help move people faster, safer, and more sustainably.
