Description

We are seeking a skilled **Reltio MDM Developer** with 5-8 **years of experience** in Master Data Management (MDM) to design, develop, and implement scalable MDM solutions on the **Reltio platform** . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Reltio configuration, Lifecycle Actions (LCA), RIH, Python-based development, and API integrations** , along with domain experience in **Pharma/Life Sciences**

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

+ Design and implement **Reltio MDM solutions** , including data models, entities, relationships, and hierarchies

+ Configure and develop **Lifecycle Actions (LCA)** for event-driven data processing and business workflows

+ Develop **Python based custom logic/services** to support Reltio integrations and extensions

+ Implement and manage **match/merge rules and survivorship strategies** for golden record creation

+ Build and maintain **real-time and batch integrations** using **REST APIs, messaging, and file-based approaches**

+ Work with **RIH** (Reltio Integration Hub) and **Databricks with Python script** frameworks for data ingestion and data publishing.

+ Configure and manage **crosswalks, reference data, and group attributes**

+ Develop and enforce **data quality rules, validation, and enrichment processes**

+ Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams for seamless data consumption

+ Support **data governance and stewardship workflows** , including DCR lifecycle

+ Ensure **data lineage, traceability, and compliance** across MDM processes

+ Troubleshoot and optimize performance of Reltio implementations

+ Data published multiple downstream systems, need to coordinate with consuming systems for any issue.

**Functional Skills:**

**Must-Have Skills:**

+ Strong hands-on experience with **Reltio MDM platform**

+ Deep expertise in **Lifecycle Actions (LCA)** development and event handling in Reltio

+ Strong programming skills in **Python** (for custom logic, APIs, and integrations)

+ Proficiency in **SQL & PySpark** (advanced querying, data validation, performance tuning)

+ Good experience in **Python** for data processing and automation

+ Good experience in JASON scripting for L3 changes.

+ Strong experience in **API integrations (REST/SOAP)** and microservices architecture

+ Expertise in:

+ Match/Merge and survivorship rules

+ Data modeling (entities, relationships, hierarchies)

+ Crosswalks, reference data, and golden record concepts

+ Experience with **batch and real-time data integration patterns**

+ Hands-on experience with **Unix/Linux environments**

+ Strong domain experience in **Pharma/Life Sciences** , including:

+ HCP/HCO mastering

+ Affiliations

+ Product Master / Material Master

+ Strong hands-on experience in **Databricks, performance tuning , SQL tuning**

+ Strong hands-on experience in Airflow and Gitlab

**Good-to-Have Skills:**

+ Experience with **PySpark, Databricks** , Databricks workflow and large-scale data processing

+ Experience with **AWS cloud services** (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.)

+ Experience with **PostgreSQL or similar databases**

+ Exposure to **GenAI / MCP/AI-driven data use cases**

+ Experience with **Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)**

+ Familiarity with **Agile tools** (JIRA, Confluence)

**Education and Professional Certifications**

+ Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering preferred, other Engineering field is considered with 5-8 years’ experience

+ AWS Certified Data Engineer preferred

+ Databricks Certificate preferred

+ Reltio MDM Certification

+ Data Engineering / SQL Certifications
