The **Logistics Coordinator** is responsible for all shipping and receiving activities for the Logistics Area as well as the management and upkeep of the logistics environment. The Logistics Coordinator reports to the Logistics Supervisor. You will serve as a primary liaison with area personnel, assuming the role of service provider for area operations. In this capacity, you will receive guidance from local operations and area management to ensure the timely delivery of our products to job sites.
**As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:**
+ Receive inbound deliveries, move parts and materials into inventory and/or job stock, pick parts and materials for outbound deliveries.
+ Process all transactions in SAP according to standard procedure, create shipping papers using the preferred carriers’ software application.
+ Support the service van parts replenishment process, keep accurate inventory levels and participate in the inventory count process as dictated by policy/procedure, execute the goods return procedure for the branch.
+ Communicate with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project/service demand, retain documentation necessary for follow-up and proof of delivery and inventory.
+ General housekeeping of the warehouse, enforce and maintain safety in the warehouse, adhere to standard warehouse guidelines and follow Siemens’ policies.
+ Assist internal and external customers visiting the warehouse, providing support, guidance, and professional customer experience.
+ Provide accuracy and organization in all work.
+ Safety first attitude.
+ Potential for travel up to 15% and local job site deliveries.
**You will make an impact with these qualifications:**
_Basic Qualifications:_
+ High School Diploma or state-recognized GED
+ Able to carry and lift 50 pounds throughout the shift
+ Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
+ On-the-job experience with:
+ SAP – IM (Inventory Management) and WM (Warehouse Management) modules
+ Material handling – movement of parts and materials (in boxes) using the appropriate handling equipment
+ Working with cross-functions (e.g., project managers, service technicians)
+ Must be able to demonstrate responsiveness and thorough customer service approach and the ability to work independently (supervised remotely)
+ Verbal and written communication skills in English
+ Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
_Preferred Qualifications:_
+ One year + experience working in material handling and logistics function
+ Associate’s degree in related technical field preferred but not required.
+ One year + experience with industrial truck or forklift.
+ SAP experience – other SCM related modules (Purchasing, Accounting, Planning, etc.)

The pay range for this position is $40,555 – $69,523 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
