The **Region Partner Sales Manager** is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving overall region order intake across both direct and indirect sales channels, with a focus on margin quality that enhances area profitability. This role oversees the performance of partner (indirect) sales teams while supporting Area General Managers and Sales Managers to achieve ambitious order intake targets across a comprehensive portfolio including Fire & Safety, Automation, Security, Energy Services, products, software, and solutions. Reporting directly to the Region Head, this position requires a dynamic leader who can develop and execute multi-year growth plans, build strong partner ecosystems, and foster a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in building systems, proven success managing both direct and indirect channels, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels to drive sustainable, profitable growth.
As the **Region Partner Sales Manager** , you will:
+ Collaborate with Region Head and Business Unit Head of Sales to deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while developing and executing multi-year growth plans for both direct and indirect channels
+ Define and implement partner channel strategies with Partner Management, Region team, and Technical Units; identify market opportunities, target partners, and lead Partner Territory Managers to build reseller relationships and meet channel objectives
+ Manage and develop sales teams of 6-10 executives; hire and balance Territory Managers; train and shadow sales teams to ensure high-performance culture and coach teams to build winning sales strategies
+ Identify vertical markets that yield desired lifecycle profitability; develop go-to-market strategies, sales deployment plans, and work with leadership to determine and set sales quotas
+ Drive robust pipeline of major pursuits tracked via CRM; analyze sales productivity and performance; manage sales activity, pipeline, and funnel; and oversee market impact plans to drive market share improvement
+ Train sales teams on portfolio growth and new initiatives; provide market feedback to Portfolio, Sustainability, and Sales teams; ensure compliance with all sales and partner policies
+ Align with leadership on partner growth targets; communicate regularly with partners to assign goals and address issues; leverage strong presentation and communication skills to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
**You will make an impact with these qualifications:**
_Basic Qualifications:_
+ 3+ years of sales leadership/mentorship experience with direct and/or indirect channels
+ 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in the commercial building automation, fire alarm / life safety, or security systems industries (direct or indirect)
+ Experience recruiting and developing solution partners and managing partner performance
+ Ability to coach teams to build sales plans and mentor teams to develop sales strategies for accounts, partners, and opportunities
+ Knowledge of building systems including automation, fire/safety, security, software, hardware/controls, and/or services
+ Experience in sales of integrated solutions/services as well as products
+ Knowledge of the construction ecosystem (e.g., general contractors, electrical contractors, system integrators, and consulting engineers)
+ Communication and collaboration skills with presentation abilities to manage multiple levels of internal stakeholders and influence teams
+ Experience collaborating with external customers and partners
+ Must possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens’ fleet vehicle program
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $145,000 – $298,000 annually with a target incentive of 30% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
