We are seeking a Change Management & Process Improvement Leader. This role sits at the intersection of change leadership and process discipline, managing the human side of change, resistance, sequencing, and reinforcement, distinct from the mechanics of the tools themselves, while also identifying and sharing best practices across the organization. This position is based in the United States, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work.
You’ll make an impact by:
**Change Management**
+ Drive field adoption of major seller-facing programs (E3, SEM, Sales Plays) across their full multi-phase lifecycle
+ Manage the human side of change, resistance, sequencing, and reinforcement
**Process Improvement & Best Practices**
+ Apply structured process-improvement methodology to fix operational friction (account assignment workflows, quota calculation mechanics, forecast submission friction)
+ Systematically identify and share best practices and lessons learned across the organization
+ Partner with Operations & Insights on root-cause fixes for recurring process issues
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 8+ years of process improvement, change management, or related experience
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
+ Experience with multi-phase technology or process rollouts
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Project-management discipline and ability to drive change cross-functionally without direct authority
+ Formal change management background/certification (e.g., Prosci) a plus
+ Comfortable managing organizational resistance constructively
+ Comfortable with ambiguous, emergent problems
+ Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent process-improvement training preferred
