**We are looking for a Quality Engineer. This position will be based in Broken Arrow, OK.**

This person will contribute to the overall success of Siemens’ manufacturing operations
by minimizing defects, reducing waste, and enhancing customer satisfaction through
consistent product quality. Primary responsibility is to help maintain our business
unit’s Integrated Management System (IMS) to meet industry standards and customer
requirements under the oversight of the Quality Manager. Responsible for ensuring our
products meet ISO 9001:2015 quality standards throughout our established manufacturing
processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality
issues, implement quality processes, and continuously improve product quality.

**You’ll make a difference by:**

+ **Integrated Management System** – Lead and maintain the IntegratedManagement System (IMS), supporting factory certification and compliance withISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

+ **Supplier Quality** – Improve supplier performance through root causeanalysis (RCA), corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management, and effectiveresolution of quality issues.

+ **Product Reliability** – Manage warranty claims, track failure costs,and partner with Field Service to strengthen product reliability and customer satisfaction.

+ **Quality Planning and Inspection** – Develop and maintain process failuremode and effects analyses (PFMEAs), conduct First Article Inspections (FAI), and overseeincoming and in-process quality controls.

+ **Continuous Improvement** – Analyze manufacturing and quality data toimprove processes, reduce defects and waste, and lower cost of poor quality (CoPQ).

+ **Customer and Leadership Reporting** – Represent Siemens in customerquality reviews and provide monthly quality performance reports to senior management.

+ **Quality Projects** – Complete quality-related assignments and specialprojects that support site quality objectives and cross-functional manufacturing operations.

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, ElectricalEngineering, or a related field.

+ Three or more years of experience with the following:

+ Manufacturing quality engineering, quality assurance, or quality control in aproduction environment.

+ Root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and structuredproblem-solving methods.

+ Metrology, part inspection, validation, First Article Inspection, and incoming orin-process quality controls.

+ Statistical analysis, quality data analysis, and process improvement to monitorproduct quality and reduce defects.

+ Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Power BI for data mining, reporting, andcross-functional communication.

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basiswithout company sponsorship.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

+ ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Internal Auditor certification, or comparablequality certification.

+ Experience applying Six Sigma methods and Agile project management practices.

+ Experience using SAP in a manufacturing or quality environment.

+ Experience with advanced data analysis tools and automation, including VBA, macros, or SQL.
