**Role Summary**

As an offshore member of the US RDBU Marketing teams, the Senior Manager partners with commercial brand leadership across assigned brands to translate brand strategies into scalable execution through AIN-delivered marketing operations, content, analytics and automation capabilities.

The role serves as a strategic brand partner and integrator between US brand teams and AIN delivery organizations, driving stakeholder alignment, integrated execution across HCP, Patient and KOL marketing initiatives and measurable business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

▪ Serve as the primary AIN partner to US brand leadership across assigned RDBU brands, translating individual brand priorities, customer journeys and go-to-market plans into execution-ready initiatives and capability requests.

▪ Manage priorities across assigned brands, balancing brand-specific business needs, delivery capacity and shared AIN capabilities while identifying opportunities for reuse, standardization and cross-brand learning.

▪ Lead and coordinate brand marketing initiatives across HCP, Patient and KOL audiences, partnering with Brand Directors, Marketing Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, customer engagement and business outcomes.

▪ Collaborate with commercial teams, AIN delivery pods, analytics, market access, compliance and external vendors to prioritize work and deliver against brand objectives.

▪ Champion analytics, automation and GenAI-enabled solutions (modular content, workflow automation, production analytics) to improve operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making and enhance marketing effectiveness.

▪ Define and track KPIs, SLAs and success measures, recommending operational improvements and adoption strategies based on performance insights.

▪ Promote adoption of standardized processes and enterprise platforms (AEM/DAM, Workfront, SFMC/Veeva) to simplify operations, improve scalability and increase reuse.

▪ Establish clear governance, RACI frameworks, handoffs and knowledge-transfer processes between onshore brand teams and AIN delivery organizations.

▪ Act as a trusted advisor to brand leadership by identifying opportunities to optimize omnichannel engagement, improve customer experience and maximize commercial impact.

▪ Mentor and lead a small product team while representing product management in cross-functional governance and decision-making forums.

**Required Qualifications**

▪ BA/BS required; MBA, MS or other advanced degree preferred.

▪ 10 – 17 years of relevant professional experience, including 7+ years supporting US pharmaceutical brands in marketing operations, product management or product owner roles.

▪ Demonstrated experience partnering across commercial functions such as Brand Marketing, Analytics, Market Access, Sales and Customer Engagement, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

▪ Experience supporting or leading pharmaceutical brand marketing initiatives across HCP, Patient and KOL audiences.

▪ Practical familiarity with enterprise marketing platforms and analytics capabilities, including AEM/DAM, Workfront, SFMC, Veeva or equivalent technologies.

▪ Experience applying analytics, AI/ML and GenAI-enabled solutions to simplify marketing operations and drive measurable business outcomes.

▪ Experience working with centralized/offshore delivery teams and managing external vendor relationships.

▪ Strong ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders across commercial, medical, analytics and operations functions.

**▪ Preferred Qualifications**

▪ Pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial marketing experience with familiarity in MLR/compliance processes.

▪ Experience supporting US pharmaceutical brand marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies.

▪ Experience partnering directly with Brand Directors, Marketing Leads and cross-functional commercial teams to drive brand performance and customer engagement.
