The Information System Manager is responsible for management of IT Team, maintenance the local system infrastructure and development of in-house systems.
This position reports to the Director, Sales Support and is part of the information system team located in Tokyo and will be an on-site role.

当社の情報システム部門に関連する業務、（社内システムインフラおよび内製システムのメンテナンス、各部門に関連する情報を集計・提供）について、マネジメントを行っていただきます。
必要に応じて関連する各部門やメンバーと連携し、その管理実践に関する責任を持つポジションです。
ヘルプデスク業務等については、自らご担当いただくことがあります。
現在の総部員数は5名です。
【 マネジメントいただく業務 】
社内情報システムインフラの維持管理および更新
- 社内ネットワーク、サーバー、基幹システム、グループウェア等の維持および管理等
- ハードウェア（PC、iPhone、USB記憶デバイス等）の手配および整備等
- 親会社指定のシステム・セキュリティの維持および管理等
内製システムの維持管理および新規作成等
社内ヘルプデスク業務（情報発信および問合せ対応）
- グローバル主導の情報システムに関する変更等の情報発信および問合せ対応等
- 部門内のDx推進
EDI、電子契約等の対外調整
その他情報システム関連業務
【求めるスキル・経験・知識】
+ 専門学校卒業以上
+ 情報システム部門のマネジメント経験（５年以上）
+ 情報システムの各分野に関して社内の他部門を指導できるレベルの知識（Windows、データベース、ネットワーク、Office製品）
+ 対グローバル、グループ企業内の連携について積極的にかかわる意欲のある方
【語学力】
+ 日本語：流暢レベル以上
+ 英語：中級レベル以上（海外の担当者とのメール、チャットでのやり取りを、遅延なく行える英語力）
【あれば尚可／歓迎するスキル・経験・知識】
+ 英語でのミーティングに参加し、発言できる英語力
+ 受注業務に関連する業務（EDI等）経験
+ 物流に関連する業務（WMS、TMS等）経験
+ 会計に関連する一般的知識（PL、BS等）

【給与条件】
月給（基本給）：62万5000円～83万3333円
想定年収：750万円～1000万円
業績賞与：112.5万円～150万円（会社業績/本人業績により支給）
