The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading customer‑focused sales strategies, advancing strategic business initiatives, and accelerating new product and application adoption across the Pall MicroElectronics business through strong market insight and customer partnerships.

This position reports to the Sales Team in MicroE Taiwan, and is part of the MicroElectronics, located in Hsinchu – Taiwan, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

+ Identifies customer needs and develops/implements sales strategies.

+ Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful executions. Initiate and streamline implementation of solutions to customer’s high value problems.

+ Communicate and present Pall’s product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicating and presenting the customer’s technology needs to product group.

+ Drive new product and application sales initiatives for Pall MicroElectronics business which includes foundry fabs, DRAM manufacturing, electronics material manufacturing, PCB manufacturing, chemical suppliers, tool OEMs & system integrator. Conduct Market research, pricing analysis, competitive analysis.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Diploma or Degree in engineering area.

+ Min 3 years of proven working experience in a technical or direct sales role in interacting with semiconductor customer.

+ Good interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Fluent English & Mandarin communication capability.

+ Knowledge of SFDC funnel management.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Liquid/gas filtration & purification.

+ Semiconductor OEM tools.
