The Administrative Analyst (Service) is responsible for preparing and tracking maintenance and service proposals, opening work orders after approvals, handling the service department’s billing and overdue control, planning preventive maintenance for contracted customers, and managing the department’s order and sales planning and forecasting.
This position reports to the Service Business Operations Coordinator and is part of the Service Department located in São Paulo / SP > and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
– Service Proposal and Billing Management: Preparation, monitoring, and billing of service proposals (T&M, corrective, preventive), including opening Work Orders in SFDC and overdue control with finance team.
– Operational Planning Management of Contracted Services: Management of service planning, monitoring submitted proposals, executions, and preventive maintenance for contracted customers.
– Service Commercial Planning and Forecasting: Responsible for planning and forecasting orders and sales for the Service department.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, or a related field
+ Experience: experience in proven sales and customer service experience, potentially in a relevant industry
+ Language: Intermediate English / Proficiency Portuguese
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ SAP experience and Sales Force experience
