The Analyst I Quality Control for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for planning, organizing and managing the work in the quality control department (OKK).
This position is part of the Quality Control Team at Immunotech s.r.o. located in Prague and will be an on-site role. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Plan, organize and manage the work in the quality control department (OKK).
+ Represent the head of OKK during his/her absence in the full range of powers and responsibilities of Laboratory Supervisor, apart from financial matters.
+ Develop and submit for approval new rules and regulations related to work in OKK, maintain and update existing documentation.
+ Participate in the development and adoption of other regulations related to the implementation and compliance with the quality system at IMMUNOTECH s.r.o.
+ Use statistical software, evaluate the quantitative parameters of manufactured diagnostic kits and their components. Inform Production Managers and their departments and company management about the results of this evaluation. And, if necessary, propose appropriate measures to improve quality. You will also evaluate the results of external inter-laboratory quality controls.
+ Participate in the analysis, design and development of processes and systems.
+ Be responsible for quality assurance to comply with ISO standards.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Education: University degree preferably in chemistry, biochemistry, biology and food science.
+ Knowledge of a foreign language: Active knowledge of English.
+ Other requirements: PC literacy including very good knowledge of Excel, analytical thinking, organizational skills.
+ Communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
