Clinical Staff Pharmacist

**Job Description:**
Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services and the Director of Pharmacy Operations, optimizes patient medication therapy by providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services. Works collaboratively with the health care team to accomplish goals.
**Salary Range:**
$70 an hour per diem rate

**Job Requirements:**
B.S. in Pharmacy or higher. Pharm. D with minimum of 1 year of residency training preferred. Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience preferred. Current New York state license (or eligible for licensure) to practice professional pharmacy. American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
