In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Be responsible for financial planning and analysis works through annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes

+ Partner with business leaders to execute spending per planned budget with mindset of maximizing ROI

+ Support Korea Finance Director for driving strategic initiatives; enhancing operational process efficiency, developing business cases for long-term investment opportunities, and performing various business analysis

+ With an ownership of commercial accounts (revenue, COGS, contract asset & progress billing) , provide finance guidance to commercial & customer service teams on their inquiries on various operational matters

+ Partner with shared service team to ensure accurate & efficient financial closing; accurate revenue recognition, account reconciliation for commercial accounts and so on.

+ Support for Danaher Sox testing, internal audit, external audit, and other compliance initiatives with mindset of achieving strong compliance culture

The essential requirements of the job include

+ University degree in finance, accounting, or related preferred

+ 8~10 years’ experience in accounting and finance planning & analysis; working experience in multinational companies is preferred

+ Knowledge in Korea GAAP and US GAAP

+ Be able to provide his/her own point of view with data driven analysis

+ Communicate complex business issues in clear and concise manners

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Korean)

+ Experience of using Oracle, BI tools is preferred #LI-SS3 #LI-Hybrid
