Description

The Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the company’s global ABAC program-related efforts. This position will be responsible for managing various ABAC program-related initiatives, including but not limited to:

Third-Party Due Diligence Program:

+ Leverage technology and AI-tools to enhance process and tools used to support on-going ‘look-back’ of existing vendor/supplier base to determine additional due diligence requirements based on risk environment

+ Manage automated due diligence program implementation efforts

+ Support on-going due diligence program enhancements to ensure alignment with Amgen’s risk profile

Third Party Global Distributor & Co-Promoter Programs:

+ Lead continuous assessments of and enhancement to distributor & co-promoter program requirements mitigating ABAC risks

+ Effectively partner cross-functionally with Global Commercial Operations (GCO), Law, Finance, and regional WC&BE compliance leads in driving established role and responsibilities

+ Provide guidance to stakeholders on program governance and associated requirements

+ Design and conduct risk-assessments of global distributor landscape

+ Lead communication efforts to key stakeholders regarding program utilization and status of current year commitments
