The Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales channels. **We are looking for a Contract Administration Manager** **. This position will be based in Wendell, NC and will be onsite a minimum of 4 days a week.**

We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven finance professional to join our SI EA Finance team as a Contract Administration Manager. If you’re passionate about driving commercial excellence and leading teams to success, you’ll make a great addition to our team!

**Core responsibilities include:**

+ Overseeing processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer purchase orders and proposals, while continuously pursuing opportunities to streamline repetitive activities.

+ Leading efforts to simplify and systemize the handling of credits, returns, paid repairs, and warranty cases to reduce manual steps and accelerate resolution times.

+ Overseeing customer deliveries with a focus on enhancing system integrations and minimizing the need for manual coordination.

+ Strengthening alignment with customers, factories, logistics, and project management by leveraging digital collaboration tools and more standardized communication flows.

+ Serving as the primary escalation point for administrative and contractual questions while implementing structured tracking mechanisms that increase transparency and responsiveness.

+ Monitoring cases, shipments, and project milestones through dashboards and alerts that support proactive issue identification and on time performance.

+ Driving cross functional collaboration with receiving, shipping, and internal production teams to encourage consistent, technology supported processes across the entire order lifecycle.

+ Partnering with adjacent departments to identify workflow gaps, reduce handoffs, and enhance customer satisfaction through more efficient and predictable processes.

+ Evaluating new tools, refining system integrations, and promoting the adoption of digital workflows to support ongoing process modernization across the department.

+ Manage daily activities of 7 to 10 individual team members

+ Act as lead technical expert for order execution processes for system changes and enhancements (e.g. SAP, Salesforce.com)

+ Ensure consistency and accuracy within the order entry and commercial execution process

+ Cash Flow management with focus on account receivables collection and cash prioritization

**Required Knowledge/Skills:**

+ 5+ years of professional experience in customer service, order management, finance, warranty, inside sales, or related operational functions, including demonstrated leadership or people management experience.

+ Proficiency with SAP (SD/MM or equivalent modules), with the ability to interpret data, understand system flows, and support process optimization within ERP environments.

+ Proven ability to lead teams in a fast paced, lean environment, establishing scalable structures and driving adoption of improved or digitized workflows.

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

+ Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and operate both strategically and hands-on as business needs require.

+ Strong problem-solving and cross functional collaboration skills, with a track record of reducing manual touchpoints and improving process efficiency.

+ High level of organizational discipline, with extensive experience in assessing workloads, prioritizing deliverables, and ensuring timely execution.

+ Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach and openness to digital solutions that enhance performance and scalability.

+ Required to be onsite in Wendell, NC 4+ days a week

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience

+ 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or commercial execution

+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP

+ Detailed knowledge of order entry, sales order management, and invoicing processes within SAP

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and management levels

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with SF.com

+ Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

+ Project controlling experience; Siemens Certified CPM a plus

+ Prior management experience
