+ The Country Manager South Latin America is responsible for Build a strategic YOY business plan within each Health System incorporating key value drivers for both the customer as well as Beckman Coulter which will drive YOY revenue growth and sustained partnership.

This position reports to the Latin America Vice President and is part of Commercial area located in Brazil and will be an on-site role. This position is part of the Latin America Organization, willing to travel 50 % of the time serving Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and other south Latin America countries. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Deploy robust sales and marketing campaigns with the local regional teams, ensuring that each member of the team understands the needs, and how their actions tie into the bigger customer partnership.

+ Responsible for motivating and inspiring the Commercial Team (Site Leadership role), setting sales goals, and developing sales strategies. Be able to allocate resources efficiently, optimize sales operations, and accurately predict future sales trends to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

+ Must be proficient in utilizing data from various sources, including CRM systems, sales reports, and market research, to gain insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Owns RFP and is responsible to compliantly sell a deal with overall positive margin expansion for the life of the customer contract, in selected customers.

+ Partner with service organization to ensure that installation, go live and post install maintenance are successful. Provides a high-level view of all activities going on within individual accounts to ensure that the customer is provided with high quality, consistent service. Courses correct and escalate to leadership when needed.

+ Partner with local management team, Controllers, Sales Managers and workflow experts to ensure alignment between local teams and overall Health System. Provide indirect coaching/mentoring and leadership to sales reps both formally and informally.

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelor’s degree (preferably within business or sciences), Master’s Degree in the Health Care industry

+ Ten plus years of sales experience in Medical Devices Industry

+ Fluency in Spanish, and English

+ Ability to understand the business and financial goals of your customer and put together a sound strategy on how Beckman Coulter is their partner of choice.

+ Ability to influence, strong communication skill and persuasion ability and work collaboratively; ability to work in Matrix Structure.

+ High degree of SalesForce management and Territory planning to drive commercial cadence on a daily and weekly basis

+ Strong influence and transit at C-suit level of medical industry

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

+ Available for travelling >50% of worktime, be on site with customers.

+ Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ Fluent understanding of hospital and laboratories operating financials and healthcare economics

+ Strong communication and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately conduct executive level presentations
