The CIA team is part of the EMEA Sales Operations Team, the EMEA Sales Operations team focus areas are the Sales-Go-to Market strategy and to enable the sales teams to sell better, faster and most efficiently.
As a Customer Intelligence Analyst (CIA) you will be enabling planting the first seed in selling Mendix!
Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate closely with the Business Development Team to identify and prioritize high-potential leads that align with our strategic goals.
+ Support outreach efforts by providing clear, accurate, and relevant information to help the team effectively engage with prospective clients and partners.
+ Contribute to data quality improvements, ensuring our systems and insights are reliable, inclusive, and up to date.
+ Provide data-related support to the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, helping drive informed decision-making and inclusive growth strategies.
Requirements:
+ Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to collaborate across diverse teams and audiences.
+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
+ Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment that values diverse perspectives.
+ Sense of ownership and accountability in completing tasks and contributing to shared goals.
+ Flexibility to work part-time, with a minimum availability of 8 hours per week.
