Siemens is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable **Technical Support Customer Service Representative** to join our team in **Grand Prairie at our Breaker Plant** . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers experiencing issues with circuit breakers and related products. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

**You will make an impact by:**

+ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues.

+ Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product installation processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.

+ Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our system accurately and comprehensively.

+ Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and quality assurance teams, to escalate complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

+ Stay updated on product specifications, features, and updates to effectively support customers and provide accurate information.

+ Assist with product returns, replacements, and warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

+ Assist with non-technical customer service cases: account disputes, delivery issues and expedite orders

**You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:**

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered.

+ Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a customer service role.

+ Conflict management experience

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel

+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with breakers
