**DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION INTERN**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The selected candidate will join our Client’s Global Commercial Operations Digital Technology and Innovation Organization, focusing on the ELMAC Region (including Europe, Latin America, Canada and Africa). As a member of one of our Client’s DTI Product teams, you will support different business value streams, such as: Field Engagement, Patient Support Programs, Global Value and Access, Global Data and Analytics and Amgen Capability Center in Portugal. The key tasks of the role include:

+ Deliver one key innovative capability supporting Client’s customer engagement platform.

+ Supporting and participating in the Agile methodology, including user storytelling, story point estimation, daily stand-up, iteration reviews and retrospectives.

+ Develop one proof of concept by creating a use case, researching system capabilities, building a minimal viable product, and demonstrating feature to the Product Team and business stakeholders.

+ Learn business values streams and how technologies can improve these practices.

At the end of internship program, the intern has gained software developer skills by having increased knowledge of enterprise level of technologies and practiced it in Agile environment driven by SAFe framework.

**WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU**

+ University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related majors.

+ Fluency in English, oral and written (mandatory).

+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong interest in Information Technologies (e.g. Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Marketing cloud, AWS, MuleSoft, Informatica, Databricks, Talend, SSIS, Pentaho, Tableau etc.)

+ Familiarity with programming languages (e. g. Spark SQL, Java, JavaScript, Scala, Python, R, Standard SQL , etc.).

+ Strong skills in terms of analysis, attention to detail, problem solving and prioritization of tasks.

+ Excellent oral/written communication skills, organization, and responsibility.

+ Being a problem solver with a can-do attitude.

+ Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn.
